Nothing like reality to let you know you still have plenty of distance to go. Great job everybody. I believe we all got nothing but positive energy out of this. -

Mike Carey 4/19/2022 5:55 AMI am trying to get to sleep earlier so that I can maintain a 7.5 minimum hours slept a night, and it seems that I can only do that when I limit myself to an 8 hour work day. And cut out regular at home tasks. And not do hobbies. How does anybody find the time to do anything anymore???-

Mike Carey 4/06/2022 6:16 AMI like to take my wifu with me so that I can share the joy I feel with my favorite place with her(the gym), and she in turn brings me out into the woods to experience her favorite exercise(mountain biking), which has become one of mine. -
