    This experience has caused me to look at so many aspects of my life that I thought were fine as is, but I now see I can do better.  Nothing like reality to let you know you still have plenty of distance to go.  Great job everybody.  I believe we all got nothing but positive energy out of this.

    I like reflecting upon the positive ways that I have been affected by the people in my past who are no longer with me and how that helps to keep their spirit and their beliefs alive even though they are no longer with me.

    I am trying to get to sleep earlier so that I can maintain a 7.5 minimum hours slept a night, and it seems that I can only do that when I limit myself to an 8 hour work day.  And cut out regular at home tasks.  And not do hobbies.  How does anybody find the time to do anything anymore???

      Hobbies?  I haven't had time for a hobby in 15 years.  (Two kids)

    It's amazing.  Every time I chose not to buy something new I end up repurposing something that I forgot I had.  This is not only saving me money but reducing the amount of waste produced in my home.

    I like to take my wifu with me so that I can share the joy I feel with my favorite place with her(the gym), and she in turn brings me out into the woods to experience her favorite exercise(mountain biking), which has become one of mine.

    It smells like so many experiences that you don't get to think about while driving.  It sometimes helps to get a good smell to bring back a good memory that was lost in your mind.

    Trying to do more with less is a brainstorming activity, which by definition is an exercise in spontaneous creation of ideas, which is an exercise in creativity.  Go you.  ; )

    Making a point to thank people in your sphere of existence is a great way to remind yourself of how many people are on your side and how much they do to support you every day.
