    It ultimately helps you build trust and understand others people's situations and feelings. With this, it allows you to offer support and empathy. Unlike critical listening, active listening seeks to understand rather than reply.

    I take all my problems to God. Being stressed in a situation that is beyond your control results in mental exhaustion.

    I can limit grocery shopping to once a week by purchasing meals for 14 days rather than 7.
