    Now that the weather is warming up, it's so much easier to get my 30 minutes in outside -- running, mowing the lawn, or just taking a stroll around the neighborhood.

    Day 6, exercising 6 times.  On Tuesday I did go for a walk instead of a weight lifting/HIIT workout but I did get out there and move!  I hope all my teammates are doing the same.
