    If I skip 1 mindful meal I want to eat bad foods. By staying on track all day I want to keep eating healthy.

    I do feel I have a sugar addiction, however I am cutting back and staying aware of what I am consuming.

    I often rise too early and without an alarm, a goal of mine is to sleep 7-8 hours instead of waking due to worry ; )
