    Simplicity Less Screen Time
What did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?

As oppose to using my phone for 40 minuted today, I instead did some homework. It wasn't hard to limit my screen time because it wasn't accessible. I made sure to leave my phone somewhere else than besides me to limit distractions. I noticed a change, that I felt much less stress free after the assignment twas completed.

How is electricity generated where you live? How does it impact the environment, animals, and humans?

Electricity is generated by natural gasses which are very harmful to the earth's atmosphere and is the leading cause of pollution. By using excess electricity, it uses more natural gasses, therefore effecting humans, animals and the environment. It is easy for the air to become polluted however, it is hard to reverse the effects. This effects the environment because of low air quality, and it affects people and animals because we are breathing in the bad air that is being produced.

How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

A great way to spend quality time with friends and family while still exercising can be to exercise with them. Many people enjoy exercising and doing it with a friend can make it more fun.
