    I would to invest more time in reflecting on all of the important things in life or things that should be viewed as important - family, health, the environment I am blessed to live in and spend less time thinking and worrying about the little minute things that are unimportant in the grand scheme.

    Walking allows you to slow down and really see the details of your surroundings, the sounds and smells around you and in nature, and to greet others that you wouldn't have had a chance to say hello to otherwise.

    Practicing gratitude allows you to be fully aware of how much you have in your life to be grateful for and help you realize that you don't always need more, you just need to be grateful for what you already have.
