I am the co-chair of the 2022 Cumberland/Perry Deanery Caregivers Day of Prayer and Care. I select the Keynote Speaker, design publicity, manage the website, and handle registrations. This event is for family and neighbors who care for those with long or short-term mental, physical, or age-related challenges.

    I am going on the Camino de Santiago in late May.  Almost none of the physical preparation I planned on doing occurred due to many unforeseen personal events.  These events have taken lots of time, energy, emotion.  This challenge is a reminder to be gentle with me self, have compassion, be present to the now and learn/respond/send love in the now.

    Feeling grounded and heightened awareness of the space I occupy and who/what else is in that space.  Awareness of relationships.  Clear head
