It was very emotional and difficult to both hear and say the things being said. But it allowed both of us to grow, learn, and have a goal to work towards afterwards.

There were several topics I encountered in this initiative that I hadn't connected to the overall environmental/social/governance mission. But even a simple nature walk, spending more time in the environment, better connected me to my surroundings.
I am also reminded how great the Carlisle team is! -
