April 18 at 9:30 AMIt does surprise a bit because that’s a big number of good food being thrown to waste. I believe I’d use the extra money for bills that need to be paid or healthier food that we could be eating. Never waste a food because there is so many people in need of a meal. It’s devastating!

-
April 11 at 7:23 PMI used to buy several bottles of water a day to avoid having to pack my reusable water bottle and refill it throughout the day. Today, I made an effort to make my metal water bottle and seek out drinking fountains and refill stations rather than going to the dining hall to buy a new bottle.

April 11 at 6:19 PMI noticed that I was able to think more clearly while not using my phone or TV, instead of going on social media or watching TV, I read a book and did homework for an hour without using my phone or laptop.
-
April 11 at 5:21 PMTo incorporate other personal values into an exercising routine I workout with friends and go on nature runs/hikes with them. Pennsylvania is a beautiful place for this.
-
April 11 at 4:14 PMPracticing gratitude can keep you motivated to work for a better world by making you realize what makes you feel good as a person, and continuing to do those things, like helping other people.
